Fadjar Dwi Wishnuwardhani，S.E., M.Si. 現(xiàn)任印度尼西亞共和國(guó)總統(tǒng)辦公廳基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施與區(qū)域發(fā)展事務(wù)部副部長(zhǎng)。他擁有加查馬達(dá)大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)與發(fā)展研究的扎實(shí)學(xué)術(shù)背景，在公共政策、勞工事務(wù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)研究以及可持續(xù)發(fā)展項(xiàng)目方面積累了豐富經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

Fadjar Dwi Wishnuwardhani, S.E., M.Si. currently serves as the Acting Deputy for Infrastructure and Regional Development at The Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Indonesia. With a strong academic background in economics and development studies from Universitas Gadjah Mada, he has built extensive experience in public policy, labor affairs, economic research, and sustainable development programs.

Prior to his current role, Fadjar worked with various national and international institutions, including projects supported by USAID, the International Labour Organization (ILO), and Kemitraan Indonesia. His work has focused on labor relations, institutional reform, workers’ welfare, and inclusive economic development. He has also contributed as a researcher, lecturer, and speaker in numerous national and regional forums discussing economic policy, industrial relations, and governance.

With decades of cross-sector experience, Fadjar is recognized for his strategic perspective in supporting infrastructure development and regional growth that are inclusive, sustainable, and people-oriented.

He has successfully managed operations across multiple mobility modes—rail, bus, and taxi—in diverse urban environments such as Singapore, Shanghai, Nanjing, Shenyang, and various cities in Anhui Province.

Known for his expertise in stakeholder engagement, Mr Tan has built strong, strategic partnerships across the Asia-Pacific region, contributing significantly to the development of integrated and efficient transport networks. His leadership combines operational insight with a collaborative approach, aligning diverse interests toward common mobility goals.

With his broad experience and approachable leadership style, Mr Tan plays a key role in supporting the UITP Asia-Pacific team, helping to address member needs and advance the collective mission of UITP both regionally and globally.

簡(jiǎn)介：As Director of Safety and Maintenance Standards Division, Dr. Chandrangsu is responsible for the creation of Thai rail standards and regulations for rail operators, in order to raise safety levels and service quality to international levels. He also coordinates with other agencies in rail technology and research, to promote and strengthen the Thai rail industry. Areas of interest for Dr. Chandrangsu include railway crossing safety, railway regulations, railway management, as well as rail technology.

簡(jiǎn)介：With over two decades of experience in Thailand's railway sector, Sanyawit Aphichatapong has been instrumental in the development and maintenance of critical signalling and telecommunication systems across the nation's rail network. Since joining SRT in 2002, he has led major projects including the main line's track doubling signalling system, central area signalling maintenance including CTC systems, and Red Line long-distance systems. Currently heading the Telecommunication section, he oversees both project development and system maintenance. His extensive expertise spans railway signalling, communication infrastructure, and system integration, making him a key technical leader in Thailand's railway modernization journey.
